Hi Everyone. In my last post I blogged what my favourite beauty products were during the last month of April, so leading on from that, this post focus’ on what my most favourite fashion items were during April and I’ve pictured these items below. What do you think?
Gold Effect Necklace
I bought this necklace recently from Dorothy Perkins, click on the following link for their website http://www.dorothyperkins.com I love this necklace and I’ve worn it so many times lately. I’m really liking statement jewellery at the moment and in particular necklaces, although this one isn’t the most chunky of statement jewellery I find it so easy to wear and it goes with so many outfits; to dress up a simple t-shirt, cami or vest top or to compliment a lovely blouse. It can be worn for pretty much any occasion and lately I’ve been wearing it for work and during my free time. This piece is definitely one of my favourites!
Mint Green Sheer Blouse
I also bought this item very recently from Select Fashion, please click on the following link for their website http://www.selectfashion.co.uk I’m a new fan of this site and have in fact bought quite a few new things from them lately. The clothing is great quality for amazingly good prices. This blouse was one of my most favourite items. As Spring is here it’s time to put a little more colour into those outfits and right now I love all the pastel shades that are around. This blouse is a lovely light mint green colour, the material is soft and sheer with a wrap effect at the front. It’s a simple item but looks smart for work with a nice pair of tailored trousers or a pencil skirt. Love this!
Cream Lace Effect Top
This item was from New Look, their link is http://www.newlook.com As soon as I saw this top I loved it! I really like clothing with some lace features and I thought this top had a lovely romantic, sweet look to it with the high neckline and ruffle effect sleeves. Loving the detail on this item. I’ve worn this a few times for the office with some tailored trousers but I’ve also worn it with a nice pair of jeans and some heels for an evening out, making this top quite versatile. It’s also comfortable to wear and really compliments.
White Detailed Scarf
I actually bought this scarf when I was on holiday in Benidorm, Spain. I really liked the detailing, very girlie! It’s neutral white colour also makes it easy to wear with various outfits. I’ve been wearing it mainly with a simple t-shirt or vest top with a cardigan or blazer over, just to add a little something to the outfit. It can be worn for either work or for those evenings and weekends. This scarf is definitely a favourite accessory.
Coral Clutch Bag
This lovely little clutch is from Primark, I was drawn to it mainly for the vibrant colour. Although I’ve called it coral it’s got more of a pinky tone to it rather than an orangey tone. I love this colour and it looks great with a little black dress to give a pop of colour to the outfit. I’ve used this clutch a few times recently for nights out and found it a great size to carry all those essentials in, it also has a hand strap which can be used for carrying if preferred. A simple and inexpensive accessory but very cute and girlie!
So, those are my fashion picks that I’ve been loving during the last month of April.
What do you think? Would you wear/use any of these items?
Thanks for reading. Best Wishes Lovelies. Louise x
